Easy To Install Directions

Chemeleonz Leds are really simple to install.... first simply remove the seat from your bike.

1. Run the  fused leeds to the battery. (Black & Red)
Off and On Switch is Optional....Remote will do the same as off and on switch
so you really dont need to install that.

2. Layout your plan before you start.

3. Clean Bike Surfaces with de natured alcohol before you use primer and mount leds.

4. Use your primer on the area just before you remove the double sided tape on each led.

5. Mount your led strips.

6. Run all wires under tank to battery and connect with lever nuts.

7. Front Fender (Under Front fender - wire tie up along brake line then under tank to battery)

Flex Tubing is good to use on large installs to keep wires grouped.

8. Rear Fender (look for pre existing holes in frame to run leeds under seat to battery)

9. Air Cleaner & Horn....up horn existing wire with wire ties...under tank to battery.

10. Cut and  Strip all wires then connect to lever nuts.

11. Replace Seat.

Hard Wire Instructions:

The set of wires with the WAGO© lever locks can be used for lights without plugs. Only common negative RGB LED's will work with this remote.
To Hard Wire your multi-color LED's, follow the below steps:
· Make sure your remote is completely disconnected from power.

· Snap the black wires (ground) of the RGB LED's into the black WAGO© lever lock

· The three remaining WAGO© lever locks are for your red, blue and green power wires.
? Connect all red power wires to one of the lever locks
? Connect the blue and green power wires to the remaining two WAGO© lever locks

· Verify that there are no bare wires are showing once all your LED wires are connected to the WAGO© lever locks and reconnect power to the remote.

Troubleshooting:
If you are not getting all your colors or are getting strips with different colors when in single color mode, follow the below steps:
· Make sure the remote is completely disconnected from power.

· Disconnect the WAGO© lever locks from the remote. Keep all the LED wires in the lever locks.

· Run a test lead from your vehicle battery negative terminal (a 9V battery will also work) to the black WAGO© lever lock.

· Run a test lead from the vehicle battery positive terminal to the WAGO© lever lock that contains the red positive wires.
? If all the LED strips light up red, and no other colors, disconnect and run power to the blue WAGO© lever lock.
? If all the LED strips light up blue, and no other colors, disconnect and run power to the green WAGO© lever lock.
? If all the LED strips light up green, and no other colors, your remote is working correctly. Remove test leads, reconnect remote to the lever
locks and reconnect power to the remote.

· If while lighting up a single color, some/all of your strips come on different colors.
? This is caused by a short in your LED strips. You will need to find which strip is defective by individually testing each LED to find the one that
is causing the problem.

· If one of your LED power wires fails to light up a color, re-strip the end and try again. If it still doesn't work, the LED strip is defective and will need to be replaced.

If you find that you have a color on, even if you use the key fob to turn the remote off, then the remote has become defective and needs to be replaced.
NOTE: This remote is to be connected to LED’s ONLY! Failure to follow any of the above steps will void your warranty and result in damage to your
remote or LEDs. MAX 5 amperes per channel (color).
